We are Changing our Instagram

For the last year we have been living a Keto lifestyle and I have been maintaining an Instagram account to showcase the foods we eat and how to best live Keto. Well, I still plan to do that but I am expanding it to be more about our travel AND Keto.

I would love if you would take the time to come and follow our Instagram account @theburkhartsabroad - it will allow me to post more pictures about our travel. This blog only gives me so much space for pictures and we take a TON of pictures...
